I'm no different than you - in that, I get the same aches and pains (I used to get them a lot more frequently). The one difference is, now I know how to take care of the majority of my muscle pain at home.

The recipe contained within this mini-course is the approach I take to help get myself out of pain much sooner than I used to. Years ago, I would have to just wait until the pain settled down by itself - sometimes weeks or even longer... But not anymore! I want more people to FEEL the effects of this Trigger Point work - and to feel what it's like to be able to take care of these things at home. It's empowering, to say the least!

Even though I take you through the physiology in this mini-course, you honestly don't even need to memorize it (it just helps to understand the method, I find) - so you don't need to be an anatomist or anything like that. You just need to follow the methodology. That's it.
